This is an update on my supplement, anti-ageing, health and fitness diet knowledge to share with other new vegans who are into fitness. It has been one year 2 months since I started focusing on supplements and I am finally feeling and looking the way I wanted to gain from taking supplements and from really eating optimally.

Fruit juices are high in sucrose, glucose and fructose and can cause glycation. It is better to take fruits without juicing them.

What defines natural is not by consuming what is only found on trees/soil or vegetables that look green.
What is natural is to give the body what it needs even with supplements(B12 and others), this is what is really being natural.
The body naturally creates myostatin that inhibits muscle growth and creatine(naturally found in the body) can naturally reduce myostatin.
It is not natural for the body to be muscular on its own. Being a so-called 'natural bodybuilder' is an oxymoron term.
To be natural is to be basic and anti-proactive.
Being skinny is natural. However, taking creatine to build muscles is also natural.
It is also natural to seek what you want for yourself.
What is artificial is to not follow your human desires but become like a robot.

Is Creatine in Meat the reason Anne Hathaway gave up being vegan? Proof that meat provides more energy than vegetables
I heard a few months ago late last year that Anne Hathway gave up being a vegan due to fish giving her more energy for her energy-intensive scene in filming the movie Interstellar. She cited the reason for fish giving her more energy and making her feel more healthy. Many celebrities such as Natalie Portman, Bill Clinton, Justin Bieber, Hayden Panettiere, Eva Longeria, Rachel McAdams, and Angelina Jolie have also given up being vegan for the same reasons.
Many people especially vegans were quick to blame them instead of being more constructive in their reactions. They merely perceived them for being cop-outs instead of finding ways to resolve the perceived conflict of interests.
Many vegans have the great fear to consider the idea that meat gives one more energy, whether or not that was found to be true. This is mainly due to their fear of thinking that meat can actually be superior to vegetables, as many vegans use a tactic of vegetable-superiority to promote veganism.
For example, I once scolded a bunch of silly vegan people on a forum where they insisted that tofu was tasty when it is not. They kept insisting that tofu is tasty like some kids who refused to admit their embarrassing mistake. I eventually went the whole way in making them look like childish fools(my specialty) and I eventually got banned from the forum(which I wanted), which just shows that the creator of the forum was just as childish as her vegan groupie. That forum was run by a vegan celebrity who I think is still pretty 'clueless'.
Can any vegan have the balls to even consider the idea that meat really gives one more energy compared to vegetables? I have the science to prove that meat really is superior to vegetables in terms of giving the body more energy.

Meat including the fish that Anne Hathaway ate contains the chemical creatine that is as I quote from wikipedia, a "nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle."
Creatine is not found in any plant.
Of course creatine might not be the sole chemical that gives Anne Hathaway more energy for her running scene(while wearing a heavy suit) in Interstellar, but it is without a doubt one of the major contributing factors for her thinking that meat gives her more energy compared to eating plants. Even athletes who workout in the gym take creatine for more energy. Besides creatine, meat also contains other chemicals that work synergistically to boost energy production, chemicals that are either not present in plants or are found to be at much higher levels compared to plants. Examples are D-Ribose, Pyruvate and L Carnitine.
Creatine can be useful for those who consume little amino-acid rich foods(probably due to low appetite or lack of time to eat) but still need added muscular strength. Creatine is found to be more suited for increasing muscular strength rather than endurance strength seen in long distance running.
For those who worry about the source material for producing creatine, creatine can be obtained via chemical synthesis using plant-derived amino acids.

So now I have given the evidence of how meat can be more superior to vegetables in terms of energy production. Vegans should stop remaining in their denial of not wanting to admit how meat can give people more energy compared to vegetables. Their using of the example that eating vegetables gives one more energy compared to eating meat is flawed and holds no basis. The perceived energy increase from eating vegetables is likely due to avoiding eating unhealthy fatty meat, therefore making one feel less sluggish and therefore feel more energetic.
Of course, people don't have to eat meat just to gain access to the energy-boosting creatine found in meat, they can always choose to take supplements. Vegan advocates can start to promote such energy-boosting supplements rather than remain in their immature and ignorant denial of why meat actually gives people more energy. And then they might actually start to gain real progress in their vegan advocacy in getting more people to give up meat.
Of course, people don't have to eat meat just to gain access to the energy-boosting creatine found in meat, they can always choose to take supplements. Vegan advocates can start to promote such energy-boosting supplements rather than remain in their immature and ignorant denial of why meat actually gives people more energy. People Including Vegans Need to Consume Sufficient Vitamin B12
Many people including vegans themselves don't realize the nutrients they are missing from a vegan diet. Many people including meat-eaters are suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency, especially those who have trouble absorbing the vitamin. Many vegans are also deficient in vitamin B12, they don't realize how much of the vitamin they should consume in a day in order to properly absorb the nutrient. B12 deficiency can cause irreversible nerve and brain damage in the long term.
I discovered there are 2 types of vitamin B12 being sold, cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin needs to be converted to methylcobalamin in the body in order for it to be utilized, so it is better to take B12 in the form of methylcobalamin to better ensure the body gets what it needs. I read that the liver only converts 1% of ingested cyanocobalamin into methylcobalamin.
The recommended daily allowance(RDA) for B12 may be a small amount like 4mcg, but one needs to ensure that the body would get at least that amount after the process of absorption, so one should buy B12 supplements that should have much more than the RDA amount of 4mcg. The RDA for various vitamins is for preventing deficiency, to ensure good health, one has to consume more than the RDA.
Research has found that the small intestine absorbs B12 in varying percentages due to the limitations of the Intrinsic Factor. If B12 is taken in small amounts such as 5-50mcgs, then the absorption amount is limited to about 1.5 mcgs, falling below the RDA, so it has to be taken at least twice during the day to fulfill the RDA, while giving the Intrinsic Factor a few hours' time to recover. But if B12 is taken in a high dosage such as 1000 mcg each time, the vitamin will be absorbed in 10-15 mcgs, fulfilling the RDA in one dosage.

There are some people on the internet saying that one does not need to take too much B12, and that B12 that comes with over 100s of mcgs are due to companies wanting to make money. But they are actually stupid to not realize that B12 also needs to be undergo the process of absorption, and not all the amounts would eventually get used by the body(I think this would also apply to other vitamins and minerals).

How to Add More Healthy Coconut Milk and Oil Into Your Diet
Coconut
milk and oil is not fattening but has been scientifically proven to

How Eating Meat Can Indeed Be as Bad as Smoking Cigarettes
I saw many people disagreeing with an article from The Guardian on how eating animal protein can be as bad as smoking cigarettes. I wasn't surprised that the people who disagree with the article are currently eating meat and want to continue eating it.

Grilled red meat shops are popular in Denmark and Denmark has the highest number of meat-cooking grills per capita. This high consumption of red meat correlates with Denmark having the top spot for the rate of cancer for all countries in the world, which seems too high of a direct correlation even if their free medical system allows more people to be detected from the life-threatening disease. The exercise the Danes get from cycling don't seem to be able to offset the effects of the toxins that come from eating cooked meat.

My Letter in TODAY Newspaper, Coconut Milk: Healthy or Hazardous?(Includes Links to Research Studies)
Here is my published letter in TODAY newspaper(in Singapore) about the Health Promotion Board's incorrect view of coconut milk. Coconut milk is able to promote weight loss through thermogenesis, and is anti-fungal and anti-bacteria.

Debunking the Grain Brain Diet — A Diet that Promotes Eating Lots of Fat and Meat
I heard of the recent best-seller diet book called Grain Brain by David Perlmutter, neurologist and president of the Perlmutter Health Center in Naples, Fla.

Here are my thoughts on the diet—
I checked out articles about the Grain Brain book and found the book to be quite biased with much fallacies about diet. I think the author suggested his diet of high fat and low carbs because the brain that is made up of 60% fat is more vulnerable to glycation damage on proteins(including blood veins) due to high blood glucose(from consuming high GI carbs) compared to other parts of the body that have more protein percentage to shield against glycation's protein damage.(view footnotes about glycation)
I also think that the earliest human species had to binge on fat because it was the most convenient source of calories because fat has 9 calories per gram compared to carb's and protein's 4 calories per gram. And they didn't know when their next meal would be coming so they had to binge efficient calories(from fat) as much as possible. Fat was also needed to keep bodies warm during cold winters.
So I don't think modern humans have to necessarily follow the eating habits of ancient humans. Modern people now have the luxury of eating more healthy foods and less of a need to binge on high calorie fat, and also are able to obtain good heating during cold winters so there is less of the need to require fat to keep the body warm.
Much modern advances in acquiring food and heating means that the human species can more easily adopt a vegan lifestyle in modern times compared to the past.
I feel that the author has committed the fallacy of thinking that the ancient diet is most natural and that modern man has to follow it. There is also the fallacy of thinking that carbs has to be drastically reduced just because the brain is more vulnerable to glycation's protein damage compared to other parts of the body.

Scientific Debunk of the 801010 and 30BAD Diets
Introduction
I just want to do a quick debunking of the 801010 and 30BAD diets with various scientific references. I am just the messenger of Science, my personal opinions are not included. If anyone wants to hate, they can go hate on Science as much as they want.
This debunking is directed at the assumptions made by the 2 diets' founders that their promoted diets are optimal for health that are meant for everyone to follow. In this article that I put together, I will show how such an assumption is not true at all, and that there are healthier ways of eating to follow in order to gain better health.
In order to debunk the 2 diet's feasibility, I will provide many examples of a much healthier way of eating and also to loss weight effectively, so I advise anyone to read through this article thoroughly if they wish to gain such valuable information.
A Quick Summary of the 801010 and 30BAD Diets
What I know about the 801010 diet is that it is based on the daily calorie ratio intake of carbohydrates, fats and protein respectively. It applies to both raw and cooked food diets promoting whole, fresh, ripe, raw and organic foods. The 801010 does not set a minimum amount of calories to consume. The 30BAD diet follows the main principle of the 801010 diet but deviates by aiming for 2500 and 3000 cal minimum for women and men respectively. It also promotes a 'backup plan' that includes refined sugar, cooked starches and foods cooked at very high temperatures(such as pizza).
According to a video explaining the 801010 diet, Doug Graham who is the founder of the diet is seen explaining that the 801010 diet was inspired from a similar 801010 ratio practiced on heart patients to reverse heart disease. However, my opinion is that diets often used for medical purposes may not always be suitable for the healthy mainstream public to follow, although the low GI diet commonly used for diabetic patients has been found suitable for anyone sick or healthy to reduce effects of Glycation.
Practice of Several Logical Fallacies
A diet meant for medical purposes to reduce the effects of a disease may not also be a diet suitable for normal healthy individuals to thrive in. Many diets meant for medical uses require extreme reduction of fats and protein for patients with heart disease and gluten for celiac disease sufferers, however such extreme reduction in such foods does not necessarily apply to normal healthy individual who are not suffering from such diseases. Could the Lack of Fats in 801010 and 30BAD Have Caused Brittle and Broken Teeth in Many Followers?
The function of the fat-soluble Vitamin A is to maintain healthy teeth and skin. Many 801010 and 30BAD followers have complained of brittle and broken teeth while being on such diets. The lack of fat in the 801010 and 30BAD diets is a prime suspect for their lack of bioavailability of the fat-soluble vitamin A to be well-absorbed by the body, leading to the poor health in teeth.

There is no current recommended daily allowance(RDA) of fats to serve as vitamin carriers although there is the general RDA for fats to be in the range of 57g to 100g depending on energy expenditure.

2 tablespoon of fats(28g) for each meal of the day amounting to 84 grams total is a reasonable estimate for the amount needed as carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins. There are also fats that are already found in whole foods such as nuts and seeds such as walnuts and flaxseeds. Cold-pressed oils have been found to go rancid much sooner than their listed expiry dates so the best option is to consume fats from fresh sources. I personally take 2 tablespoons of whole flax seeds a day for omega 3 although they can also function as carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins. The flax seeds may look really sharp but they really do not scratch the throat at all, they are as harmless as sesame seeds and can be used similarly.

The myelin lining for brain nerves is made up of fat, the deficient of such a lining can lead to brain-related disease. The body's organs are lined with saturated fat that also acts as buffers for shock absorption. Saturated fat(and cholesterol) is even produced by the body. The word "saturated' in saturated fat just means that it is more dense compared to other fats, it does not necessarily mean it is absolutely harmful.

I recently tried some coconut oil and found my body and face getting warm at night. So I am certain the thermogenesis effect from coconut oil really works.
